Reporting a wrong detail

Include the page link, place or event name, the date you intended to visit and what needs correcting. A link to the venue's own information helps us check it.

Reporting a chat or plan problem

Share the prompt, the part of the answer that went wrong and the result you expected. A screenshot can help. Remove personal details you do not want to share.

Privacy and subscription questions

Use the same email for questions about stored information or a subscription. Include the email address used for the service where relevant. Never send a password, payment card number or private access link.

For newsletter emails, you can also use the unsubscribe link in the email. For a booking, ticket or venue enquiry, contact that provider directly.
