Using plansorted

plansorted provides guides and AI assisted planning suggestions. Use the service lawfully and do not attempt to access another person's saved information, bypass usage limits or disrupt the service.

A plan is a starting point

AI answers can contain mistakes. Opening hours, prices, admission, accessibility, weather and transport can change. Check the relevant venue or provider before travelling, paying or booking, especially where a plan marks a detail as unknown or incomplete.

A draft or “Plan incomplete” result has unfinished checks. Suggested times and travel estimates do not reserve admission, guarantee a connection or establish that a route is suitable for your group.

Bookings and external services

Following a booking, directions or ticket link does not make a booking through plansorted. The external provider sets its own prices, availability, cancellation terms and service conditions.

Google Maps Platform supplies walking route estimates where available. Use of these Google Maps features and content is subject to the Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions and email

If you choose a paid subscription, review the price, billing period and renewal details shown at checkout before paying. Keep your subscription confirmation. For help with a subscription, contact us.

Newsletter subscriptions are separate from paid planning access. You can unsubscribe from newsletter emails using their unsubscribe link.

Saved and shared information

Keep private access links safe and share only information you are comfortable making available to the recipient. Read our privacy page for how chat, saved plans and subscriptions use information.
